Returns and Exchanges


If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Complete the "returns and/or exchange" form that comes in your package. Include both the "returns and/or exchange" form and "invoice" in your return package.


  • item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
  • merchandise must have all tags attached
  • original shipping charges are nonrefundable (see returns and exchange page for further details)
  • nonrefundable items:
    • all accessories:
      • hats
      • jewelry
      • scarves, shawls
    • handbags and other bags
    • intimates
    • items marked "final sale"
    • you may return items that were purchased with a discount code


If you have taken advantage of our "free shipping" option, our flat rate shipping rate of $6.25 will be deducted from your refund. 

Ship your package back to us using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for packages we do not ship. Please be sure to keep the tracking details for your records.

Once we have received your package, you will receive an e-mail that your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

​In order to exchange your items, you will need to fill out the form enclosed in your original package. Please include as much detail as possible in order to meet your exchange needs. 

You need to include the following in your package:

  • your original invoice
  • returns and/or exchange form (filled out completely)
  • item(s) in original condition (see above in "returns" for acceptable returns)

When receiving your exchange:

  • we will refund your original item and send you an invoice that needs to be paid immediately in order for us to ship out your item back to you. 
    • promotions from your original order will be applied to your exchange
    • if item is not paid for within 48 hours of sending out new invoice for exchange, we will cancel your exchange and treat it as a return.
      • once item is treated as a return, a refund will be issued with a deduction for an original shipping charge. (see above in "return" for further detail.
  • If items are no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund.

You are responsible for shipping your exchanges back to us. See above in "returns" for more information.
